So far I have talked to a couple people who had this problem. Here are some solutions, and as I come across more I will add them to this post:

If you have a game controller (like an xbox controller, racing wheel, or joystick) attached to your computer, try unplugging and then starting up the game. This is becoming a recurring problem.

Make sure that your graphics card supports Pixel Shader 3.0. If a lower pixel shader is supported on your card, it will result in endless crashes. If you aren’t sure about your graphics card specs, you can use Newegg.com to look up your card.

That’s all I have for now, again I will add more solutions as I find them.

Good luck!
